FROGMORE-STYLE DONOSTI ALFRED SAUSAGES (SOUTH CAROLINA)

Ingredientes:

  • 2 Donosti Alfred sausages
  • 2 Roseval potatoes
  • 3 Slices of cured Iberian pork belly
  • 1 Boiled corn cob
  • 4 Whole prawns

Preparation:

  1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into 2cm-thick slices[MR1] . Meanwhile, cut the corn cob into 4 equal pieces and set them aside.
  2. Heat a frying pan over high heat and sauté the potatoes and corn cobs. Then, brown the whole sausages in the same pan over medium heat (8 min).
  3. Once cooked, remove them from the heat and, in the same frying pan, add a little more oil and sear the peeled prawns, leaving the heads on. Combine all the ingredients in the frying pan and deglaze it with a little Sanlúcar Manzanilla wine.
  4. Aesthetically arrange the ingredients, alternating them, and finish with the fried cured Iberian pork belly for a crispy touch.
