Sausages
FROGMORE-STYLE DONOSTI ALFRED SAUSAGES (SOUTH CAROLINA)
Ingredientes:
- 2 Donosti Alfred sausages
- 2 Roseval potatoes
- 3 Slices of cured Iberian pork belly
- 1 Boiled corn cob
- 4 Whole prawns
Preparation:
- Wash the potatoes and cut them into 2cm-thick slices[MR1] . Meanwhile, cut the corn cob into 4 equal pieces and set them aside.
- Heat a frying pan over high heat and sauté the potatoes and corn cobs. Then, brown the whole sausages in the same pan over medium heat (8 min).
- Once cooked, remove them from the heat and, in the same frying pan, add a little more oil and sear the peeled prawns, leaving the heads on. Combine all the ingredients in the frying pan and deglaze it with a little Sanlúcar Manzanilla wine.
- Aesthetically arrange the ingredients, alternating them, and finish with the fried cured Iberian pork belly for a crispy touch.
