Premium Galician Burguer
WITH A THIN SLICE OF PAN-SEARED FOIE GRAS AND SWEET CRANBERRY SAUCE

Ingredients:
- 1 Galician burger
- 1 Slice of fresh foie gras (60 g)
- Homemade berry compote (cranberries, strawberries, and raspberries, not too sweet)
- 100 ml sirloin juices
- 2 roasted wild asparagus spears
Preparation:
- In a very hot frying pan with a tablespoon of oil, brown the burger well for 4 minutes on each side. After 6 minutes, add the slice of foie gras, seasoned with salt and pepper, to the pan.
- Arrange the meat on a plate. Place the foie gras on top and, to add volume, cross the roasted wild asparagus over the meat.
- Finish with a drizzle of the berry compote and a tablespoon of reduced sirloin juices.
