The climate, the pasture, and the way the cattle are reared are key factors in the flavour, composition, and texture of the meat. To craft this burger, we carefully select cattle from specific regions of Spain to achieve the balance we seek for our ‘Select Beef’.

To meet our values, we always ensure that the cows are reared in rural areas using traditional methods and in accordance with animal welfare certifications, allowing us to achieve an authentic meat flavour. This is the hallmark of our philosophy, our flavours, and our textures.
