Our DONOSTI ALFRED is a blend of meats sourced from select cuts of beef and pork. This combination, carefully researched and meticulously crafted, results in a smooth and delicious flavour and texture. It tempers the intensity of the pork and reaches a wonderful balance when combined with the beef.

‘How they used to be made’

Our aim in creating DONOSTI ALFRED was to recapture the flavours and textures of the sausages our grandparents used to make for us. They were fresh butcher’s sausages, the perfect size for a hot dog bun, with a flavour we had never experienced since. We wanted to bring them back in all their glory.

Both the cows and pigs we select for crafting our DONOSTI ALFRED are chosen based on criteria relating to their diet, the climate, and how they are reared. We respect their freedom, ensuring a stress-free environment in accordance with animal welfare standards.
